| Features: The base configuration consists of a test head, which may be set to one of four tilt angles, accommodating up to 448 Universal Pins or 1792 Universal 8:7:1 Flexpins. For optimum flexibility, each individual pin may utilise any of the test techniques and the Universal and FLEXPINS™ modules may be freely intermixed to custom requirements. The S790VXI test system incorporates a modular design, enabling the system configuration to be tailored to users requirements. |
