Hardware Support Package

To minimise any unforeseen system downtime DiagnoSYS has introduced the Hardware Support Package. This provides you with system hardware training and a spares package designed to meet the level of coverage you require. These packages are system specific and designed to meet specific needs, please contact the DiagnoSYS sales team to discuss requirements in more detail.

Technical Software Support Package

The TSSP (Technical & Software Support Package) is designed to provide telephone and email technical support from our team of Product Specialists to maximise the efficient application of the DiagnoSYS equipment in your environment. In addition, this package provides you with access to a password protected area on the DiagnoSYS web site to download software updates and enhancements. This area will also allow the user to request additions to the component libraries and therefore influence the development and release priorities for these new devices.
