| DiagnoSYS have a RoHS Project Team focusing on implementation of the necessary processes and procedures to enable DiagnoSYS to be RoHS compliant by March 2006. The team consist of key personnel from departments that are being fully trained on the requirements of RoHS. The Quality Manager monitors the progress and time frames set for completion and will champion the team. DiagnoSYS will have necessary planning steps to becoming RoHS compliant within the organisation will have been completed by December 2005 and integration into the QMS and Manufacturing processes will be complete by March 2005. |

| Certain DiagnoSYS products and service contracts are currently exempt (Military and Aerospace Sectors and Measuring and Control Systems), however these exemptions will not always apply (currently minimum 2010) hence the DiagnoSYS aim and goal is to actively break in these regulations across our product range by March 2006. | |
| WEEE 2002/96/EC | |
| DiagnoSYS has been complying with the WEEE directive for safe and controlled disposal of Electrical and Electronic waste since August 2005 and are working steadily to be RoHS compliant by March 2006. All DiagnoSYS product manufactured since August this year is clearly identified with the WEEE “Wheely Bin” label informing the end user how to recycle or dispose of electrical and electronic waste safely. | |
| DiagnoSYS currently hold all Electrical and Electronic waste from the manufacturing and repair processes internally while we continue to source a third party contractor to dispose of waste in a safe manner. The aim is to have a contractor identified and working with us by November 30th 2005. | |
