Repair

Re-manufacture

Whether through obsolescence or supply chain restructuring, the fact remains that spare circuits can and do become depleted. A single component or card can stop an entire system operating and force massive, untimely investment in new replacement systems. Diagnosys provides a re-manufacturing service to avoid this scenario. Working from an existing circuit, an exact electronic and physical equivalent is created:

• Circuit electronic schematics are created
• Physical layout is re-created
• Electronic Bill of Materials (BoM) is created
• Components are sourced or if necessary re-manufactured e.g. coils / transformers
• If components cannot be sourced then an alternative solution is engineered or agreed.
• A replacement board is manufactured
• The new circuit is tested
