23 December 2004 Geotest-Marvin Test System, Inc., introduces ATEasy 5.0, an exciting new version of . . . The award-winning test development software and test executive designed specifically for test and measurement applications.

ATEasy is a complete test application development studio that directs users to create reusable components, from instrument drivers to complex test applications. Specifically designed for functional Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) applications, ATEasy dramatically simplifies test application development process and reduces test development and maintenance cycles. ATEasy 5.0 now offers a significantly enhanced test executive specifically designed for touch-screen applications, Users-based and Groups-based privileges and customization, a Fault Dictionary, and much more. ATEasy 5.0 also provides built in support for IVI drivers and for using.

NET components, LabView VIs, Lab Windows Function Panels Drivers (.fp) and C/C++ header file (.h) import for functions and type declaration. Other additions include new controls, automatic re-sizing of controls within a form, and numerous enhancements to the ATEasy development and run-time environments.
