Using impedance signature analysis, the FaultFinder VIP provides a completely safe method to test any electronic circuit.

With the comprehensive autolearn process, test programs can be generated in minutes. Simply select the node to be programmed and the FaultFinder VIP automatically selects the best test ranges from an extensive combination. Signatures are stored for comparison, or as part of an automatic guided probe test program.
The intuitive graphical use interface makes the FaultFinder VIP fast and easy to learn and there is no need for schematic diagrams of the circuit being tested.

The system is supplied with 96 test channels and this can be upgraded to 192 test channels.

The digitally synthesised waveforms provide accurate and repeatable test and are supported by built-in libraries with symbols.

The FaultFinder VIP identifies faults which include shorts, opens, inductive, resistive, capacitive and semiconductor faults on a network or device.

The FaultFinder VIP has the ability to store alternative signatures for any network allowing for different circuit variants / device types.
Being portable the FaultFinder VIP is available for use where it is required providing flexibility in the workshop and elsewhere.
Added flexibility and efficiency is provided by the ability to share test programs across the testVue product range.
